SOUTH AMERICAN Well balanced acidity, rich and full bodied with initial sweetness and slight notes of fruit and nuts, bittersweet dark cocoa and caramel aftertaste.  CENTRAL AMERICAN Clean, lively winey acidity, medium body, chocolate, almond and citrus notes.  
AFRICAN Great mix of fruit notes and floral aroma. Some sweet chocolate notes, fruity solid  body and very smooth aftertaste.  
A completely versatile coffee that can be enjoyed  in any of the multiple brewing methods, providing  the grind is appropriate.
